Sipalay City is one of the tourist destinations in Negros Occidental, it is considered by many as the summer capital of the province because of its unique and attractive white sand beaches. Every year the City Tourism of Sipalay recorded a vast increase of visitors’ especially foreign visitors which only signifies that the city is now well-known not only in the Philippines but also all over the world.

One of the best beaches in the Sipalay City for adventure is the Artistic Diving Resort, a white sand beach located at Brgy. Punta Ballo, approximately 6.3 kilometers from the city proper.  Artistic Diving Resort is offering a great accommodation according to your needs with the help of their friendly staffs and employees. Today the resort has 12 concrete bungalows and rooms fronting the beach which is a best location for seeing the sunset.

Artistic Diving Resort was founded in 1998 and owned by a Swiss national and Diving Instructor Arthur Mueller. The beach is more than 100 meter long and offer a big space for leisure activities. The resort also has a nice and cool swimming pool which is best for swimming and relaxation. If you are fond with scuba diving, the resort also offered this kind of services.
