The business was started on May of 1984 by manufacturing knitted and crocheted garments and accessories as their main products. With the good response from the customers and due to demands in ready to wear stuff, Ping’s Knitwear decided to include and make new products such as knitted blouses, dresses for ladies, children & infants, bikini tops & bottoms, as well as crocheted blouses, cardigans, bonnets & booties, skirts, boleros, shawls, ponchos, cravats, head & hip bands, shrugs, bags and belts.

The products of Ping’s Knitwear was displayed in various trade fairs like Negros Trade Fair in Manila and Sinulog Trade Fair in Cebu. During Masskara Festival and Panaad sa Negros of Bacolod City, the Ping’s Knitwear was also displayed in various trade fairs that features their native products that get the attention of foreign and local tourists during the celebrations.
