The Lutong Garbo Organizers collected 19 menus from the different towns and cities in Negros Oriental for the 3rd Grand Cook Competition entitled “Lutong Garbo sa Negros Oriental” to be held at the Provincial Agriculture Office, Dumaguete City.

These 19 Filipino Dishes entries includes the Steamed Rillenong Sili with Ubod of Amlan; Karekareng Pata of Ayungon; Steamed Sting Ray Con Gabi, Bacong; Chicken Rilleno with Asocellera Sweet Sauce, Bais City;  Linaswang Hipon, Basay;  Vege Crate Meal with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Bayawan City; Bolabolang Carrots of Canlaon City; Steamed Fish with Coconut Gravy of Dauin; Tyagang Manok with Gabi, Dumaguete City; Kabusi, Jimalalud; Grilled Gabi Ala Chicken Sisig , La Libertad; Vege Meat Roll, Mabinay; Paklay sa Bilaug of Manjuyod; Halanghalang Manok of San Jose; Grilled Shrimp Buko Salsa, Sibulan; Kasakasaba-Kasali de Bolabola, Sta. Catalina;  Fish Ginataang Inon-onan, Tanjay City; Bodbod Isda, Siaton and Chicken Ala Ordici, of Vallehermoso.  

The participants will receive cash, trophies and certificate of participation from the event organizers. After the competition the recipes (Philippine Recipes) will become property of the Lutong Garbo Organizing Committee, Negros Oriental Tourism Council.
