NURSO is in the process of reviewing its curriculum for Mass Communication, Hotel and Restaurant Management and Maritime courses to add five language subjects, Korean, Arabic, French, German and Spanish. With such plan more students get interested in enrolling and learning foreign languages.

With regards to teachers who will teach such subjects, the university has skilled teachers on every foreign language. Arabic will be taught be an Iraqi teacher, Korean by a teacher from Su-won University. A German will be responsible for the German language and skilled teacher from NURSO will handle Spanish and French.

This joint effort will give the students a chance to continue studying despite of poverty because the said State College offering a much cheaper tuition fees compared to those universities in the province. Right now Governor Izidro Zayco offered a one million fund to support the state college and he promised to give another one million in the opening of second semester.
