Municipality of Manjuyod

The town was considered as one of the progressivet town in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines and rated as a 3rd class town of the region. It has a huge number of 37, 863 people in 7, 438 household living in the place recorded in the 2000 Census.

Established as Negros Oriental’s most modern sugar mill, also with an oil mill for copra produced by the northern district.
